Ordering
Orders may be securely placed through our internet shopping site using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Orders are also accepted through mail order, fax requests or telephone orders. Office hours for telephone orders are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm central time.
Orders placed by mail may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks or money orders. US currency only.
Every effort is made to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Customers can expect to receive their order in approximately 7-10 business days. Orders placed through the website will receive an automatic reply email when the order is shipped. Please remember that your spam blocker may be set to block automatic emails.
Pricing
In the event that a Robert's Carburetor Repair product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Robert's Carburetor Repair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Robert's Carburetor Repair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Robert's Carburetor Repair shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
There is a 15% restocking fee on any item returned. Items returned do to an error on our part are not subject to a restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you place your website order. You can view and edit the shipping method from your cart or at time of checkout.
Shipping amounts listed on orders are for US shipping only. International shipping will be added to the website soon.
